In short
- We collect what you type into our forms (name, phone, email, visit date, message) and basic data about how you reached and used the site.
- We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange site visits and measure our advertising. We do not sell it.
- We share it with the developer of a project you ask to visit, and with the companies that run our tools.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time: sales@arrealty.co.
This policy explains how AR Realty handles personal data collected through arrealty.co and through the calls, messages and emails that follow an enquiry. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. It is also the notice we give you when we ask for your consent.
1. Who is responsible for your data
AR Realty is the name under which Naiman Afzal A R, a real estate agent registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Agent Reg. No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/231216/004348), carries on business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this policy “we” means AR Realty. We decide why and how your personal data is used, which makes us the “data fiduciary” under Indian law. Contact: sales@arrealty.co.

Please give us only your own details, or those of a person who has agreed to you sharing them, and keep them accurate.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | Data used | Legal ground |
|---|---|---|
| Answer your enquiry and advise you on projects that fit | Form details and what you tell us | Your consent; details you gave voluntarily for this purpose |

| Keep records and respond to authorities | Enquiry and transaction records | Legal obligations, including those of a registered real estate agent |
We do not sell or rent your personal data, we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not send marketing unrelated to property enquiries.
4. Calls and messages
When you submit a form you ask us to get in touch. You agree that we may call you and send you SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails about your enquiry and related projects, even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (“Do Not Disturb”). To stop, tell us on a call, reply “stop”, or email sales@arrealty.co; we will stop promptly.
5. Who we share it with
- The developer of a project you ask to visit or book. We give that developer's sales team your name and contact details so they can register your visit, receive you on site and, if you proceed, handle your booking. The developer then uses them under its own privacy policy.
- Companies that run our tools (our “data processors”), which may use your data only to provide their service to us:
| Company | What it does for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho (Bigin) | Stores enquiry records and follow-up tasks | India |
| Google Workspace | Our email inbox | Outside India |
| Resend and EmailJS | Deliver form submissions to us and the confirmation email to you | Outside India |
| Vercel | Hosts the website and keeps server logs | Outside India |
| Google Analytics and Google Ads | Website statistics and advert measurement | Outside India |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Advert measurement and audiences, when we advertise there | Outside India |
- Meta, for advert measurement. When we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your phone number and email with each enquiry, together with its own browser identifiers, so it can count which adverts led to enquiries. Meta cannot read your original details from the scrambled version.
- Banks or home-loan advisers, lawyers or other professionals, only if you ask us to introduce you.
- Courts, regulators and law-enforcement agencies, when the law requires it.
- A successor to our business, if the practice is ever transferred, on the same terms as this policy.
6. Transfers outside India
Some of the companies above store or process data on servers outside India. We use them only where Indian law permits the transfer, and we will stop sending personal data to any country the Government of India restricts.
7. Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We do not use cookies to log you in. These are the ones used on this site:
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Tells visits and visitors apart, to count how the site is used | Up to 2 years |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel (only when we advertise on Facebook or Instagram) | Identifies your browser and the advert you clicked, to measure our adverts | Up to 90 days |
| _gcl_* | Google Ads (only when we advertise on Google) | Stores the advert click, to measure our adverts | Up to 90 days |
| arr_attribution | AR Realty (browser session storage, not a cookie) | Remembers which link or advert brought you; sent to us only with an enquiry | Until you close the tab |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. You can manage advert preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings. The website works without these cookies.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase: while we are in touch with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, in case you return. Then we delete them or remove what identifies you.
- Enquiries that lead to a purchase: for as long as the law requires a registered real estate agent to keep its books and records, and as needed to resolve any dispute.
- Website and security logs: at least one year, as the data protection rules require.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
If you ask us to delete your details or withdraw your consent, we delete them sooner, unless a law requires us to keep them.
9. How we protect it
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiry records sit in a password-protected customer system and mailbox that only the consultant, and anyone working on the consultant's instructions, can open. Our providers apply their own security measures as well. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- See what we hold: ask for a summary of your personal data, what we do with it and who we have shared it with.
- Correct it: ask us to fix, complete or update anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Erase it: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, as easily as you gave it. We will stop contacting you and stop using your data for the purposes you consented to. It does not affect what we did before you withdrew, and we may keep what the law requires.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
- Complain: to us first, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, email sales@arrealty.co from the address you enquired with, or tell us the phone number you used. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is you. It costs nothing.
11. Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not track children or direct advertising at them. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
12. Grievance Officer and complaints
Questions, requests and complaints about your personal data go to our Grievance Officer:
Naiman Afzal A R
AR Realty, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Email: sales@arrealty.co
We will acknowledge your message and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when we change how we handle personal data or the tools we use, and change the date at the top. If a change affects what you have already consented to, we will ask for your consent again. See also our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
